On the occasion of the World Day for Safety and Health at Work, Gruppo Luci renews its commitment. In 2025, as part of actively listening to our employees, the “Sicuramente in… Ciak” initiative was launched with the aim of strengthening awareness of HSE topics, embedding a culture of prevention in day-to-day operations, and encouraging the active participation of everyone across the Group.

Format and sharing methods of “Sicuramente in… Ciak”

Every second Tuesday of the month, “Sicuramente in… Ciak” takes the stage with a new safety theme: well-known movie titles, playfully reworked, make HSE content immediate and memorable while always respecting technical rigor and company guidelines.

The messages are distributed via recognisable-layout posters displayed at all our offices and on the company’s digital noticeboards.

Because a culture of safety is woven into our DNA, we also share these materials with subscribers to the “Sicuramente in…” newsletter, in a fully downloadable format that can be used at school, at home, and in the workplace.

“Sicuramente in… Ciak”: planned topics

Near-miss events, dust, vibrations, heat, falls, noise, fumes, lone working, and other risks identified in our production processes are addressed with dedicated content. The topics published so far are:

1. NEAR-MISS EVENT

A “near miss” (or near accident) is an event or abnormal situation that, although it caused no damage, injury, or interruption to operations, could potentially have led to a serious accident. In other words, it is an incident in which, thanks to favourable circumstances or prompt action, harm was avoided even though the conditions that might have caused it were present.

2. VIBRATIONS

Vibrations in the workplace are mechanical oscillations transmitted to the human body by equipment or surfaces during work activities. They can affect the hand–arm system, as with vibrating tools, or the whole body, for example when operating heavy vehicles.

Our commitment to promoting a culture of safety

With this initiative, we at Gruppo Luci aim to reach more than 700 people, including employees and newsletter subscribers. We will continue to promote actions that foster a safe, healthy and responsible workplace, recognising that protecting people is the essential foundation for any long-term success.

To receive “Sicuramente in… Ciak” and other safety-related updates, you can subscribe to our “Sicuramente in…” newsletter, produced by the Gesteco team.

Every month, four Tuesdays are dedicated to the world of safety—regulations, insights, updates and a wealth of useful information.
